Hey y'all! I'm Julie - the main author of this blog. When I'm not writing, I serve in the roles of mom, daughter, sister, aunt, nurse, professor, and volunteer. I'm a stumbling Christian, an avid t.v. watcher, and a drinker of wine! I love the Razorbacks (Woo Pig Sooie!), Southern culture, and America. It's my dream to some day travel to all 7 continents (been to 3) and have Dr. in front of my name (I'm sloooowly working on this too).
Meili is my first child. She was born in China. Meili loves chocolate milk, cheese, rice, noodles, and candy. She spends most of her day either at pre-school or playing at home. She loves to go shopping, especially for shoes, and singing in an off-key voice.
I'm currently pregnant with my second child, due around October 15, 2014. He/She will be 1/2 Asian and 1/2 European. Meili nicknamed the baby - Mary Baby - and well, it stuck. So that's what we call him/her.
